JWD Valuations, formerly known as JW Valuations, is a valuation and consultant company providing professional and prompt valuation services throughout the Sydney metropolitan areas for over fifteen years.
We are registered and experienced valuers to undertake valuation assessments of a wide range of property sectors including residential, retail/commercial, industrial, and specialized premises, as well as development sites and projects.
The philosophy of the company is to do the best we can, to provide professional and prompt services to meet our client’s special requirements, with a deadline focused manner.
To run on weekends to be ahead of deadlines with average turnaround times of 1-2 days for residential and 3-5 days for other class property valuations, subject to access and availability of necessary documentation.
